The global construction industry is currently undergoing a profound transformation centered on sustainable development and the digital technology revolution. Asia, particularly China, stands as the region with the most active construction activity, the largest market scale, and the highest concentration of innovative applications. Developing green buildings and promoting prefabricated construction have become key national strategic priorities. Against this backdrop, the metal building system—centered on steel structures, metal cladding systems, and smart construction—is rapidly expanding beyond traditional industrial buildings into residential, public, and large-scale infrastructure sectors. Leveraging its inherent advantages of being lightweight, fast to construct, high-quality, and cost-effective throughout its lifecycle, this system is emerging as a key driver of the global construction industry's green transition. The 5th Asia Metal Building Expo will undergo a comprehensive upgrade, deeply focusing on cutting-edge directions such as building industrialization, smart manufacturing, low-carbon envelope systems, and building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). It will comprehensively showcase innovation achievements across the entire industrial chain—from design concepts and structural systems to innovative materials and smart manufacturing equipment. This expo will gather leaders from domestic and international industry associations/academic societies, university research institutes, industry experts, property owners, investors, design institutes, general contractors, construction firms, material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, distributors, international traders, and industry media. Together, we will accelerate the global metal construction industry toward high-quality, sustainable development.
